About us
Bill and Mary Jo Cubley, along with their sons Clay and Travis, opened Cub’s Crawfish back in 2005. Bill was nicknamed “Cub”, Cub was the King of Crawfish; full of laughter and jokes that entertained customers and friends who soon flocked around the (double wide trailer) small restaurant.
Cub passed away in 2013. We miss him dearly and his hearty laugh and big bear hugs! His son Clay and his wife Delaney carry on the tradition of serving up those legendary spicy crawfish today!
Yes, it is now a bigger ‘hole in the wall’ that we hope will have you returning again and again. Take-out or dine in. Cub’s employees treat everyone like family. They will even tell you how to prepare crawfish for your special event, or how to peel and eat them for your first crawfish experience! Thank you for supporting your local Cajun restaurant.
